This is an online therapeutic space that will offering connection and support on a variety of mental health & wellness topics 

Connect and Reflect is an opportunity for you to gain more insight into topics relative to mental health & wellness and take home practices to support you in daily life.


If you are looking to:

  • Understand yourself more

  • Learn & connect with others in a small group setting

  • Learn about the body brain connection relative to specific topics on mental health

  • Support yourself to be your best SELF

The sessions will be 1.5 hours in length consisting of

  • Learning & Sharing on specific topics

  • Experiential exercises to support you in your daily life (Meditation, Bodywork and Reflective Practice)

  • Take home practical suggestions for living in wellness


Session Numbers are limited to 8 people, Tuesday evenings 7pm – 8.30pm

Session Dates & Topics

Tuesday 16th February – Anxiety

Tuesday 23rd February – Depression

Tuesday 9th March – Boundaries

Tuesday 16th March – Needs & Wants


Your first session attendance is absolutely FREE and should you choose additional sessions there is a fee of $25 per session. 


You can pick any of the sessions as your first session and there is no obligation to attend other sessions, no questions asked, no explanation required.

Sessions will be run by a Clinical Registered and practising Counsellor & Psychotherapist , BSc Counselling & Psychotherapy, Dip Sound Therapy, Cert Breathwork
