A FREE 2.5 HR WORKSHOP TO SUPPORT YOU RECONNECTING WITH WHO YOU ARE

 

Bridging the chasm between body and mind on your self healing journey

Would you like to feel more connected to who you truly are?

Would you like to be able to connect to your body story to get to the root of a problem?

Would you like to learn how to connect into parts of yourself that carry a burden and support them somatically to release the burden they carry?

 

When we are burdened,  our body sometimes gives us distinct messages there is something out of alignment. That might be through sensations that you experience as blocking, pushing, pulling, constricting in the body. Sometimes we have aspects of us or places in the body that admit they can make us sick rather than it being a purely physiological issue.

 

This can originate from parts of us that are really desperate to tell us of their hurt, shame, isolation and a myriad of unmet needs in a way that might seem to be overwhelming our system as emotional regulation may not be their strongest asset.

 

When we unburden parts of ourselves we also unlock Self energy - That supports our way back to wholeness

Self energy is sometimes described as body sensation that may be experienced as expansive, centred, spacious calm, warm, tingly to name a few.

When these sensation are grounded and rooted in the body and experienced somatically we have the capacity to be able to supportive ourselves from the inside out

 

Imagine allowing yourself to breathe in fully….. breathing in fully allows you to fully receive from the field of Self Energy into every cell in the body

When words fail us to express or complete a process for us, the body, breath, movement and touch are somatic ways that we can fully integrate a process and help bring us to a place of experiencing the fullness of who we are, all parts of ourselves without judgement

in this 2.5 hour workshop you will be learning 

- how a problem may be playing out in your body (tight shoulders, sore legs, digestive problems) and the psychological impact of physiological problems 

- how to access the core of your being and how that can help in a difficult situation 

- how to work with parts of you that are difficult to change and transform despite all your efforts to date

The workshop will consist of

SMALL GROUP ONLINE SESSION 

BACKGROUND AND INFORMATION on WORKING WITH PARTS

EXPERIENTIAL SESSION WHICH INCLUDES WORKING WITH THE BREATH, BODY, TOUCH and MOVEMENT 

REFLECTIVE QUESTIONS & JOURNALLING 

INTEGRATION

FEEDBACK AND SUPPORT on YOUR EXPERIENCE 

The workshop will be held online. 

The Session will not be recorded 

You are welcome to keep your camera off however please ensure that you have a private area so you can fully offer yourself time and space to experience the workshop to its full potential
