Somatic School offers interactive programs to support your physical, emotional & spiritual wellness through Somatic and Body Based Practices.

Sometimes when your current physical, emotional and spiritual state is best described as being either a constant state of overwhelm or completely shut down to everything it can be a sign that something is out of balance for your and it starts with your nervous system
When this happens in your life your nervous system can get stuck in a cycle of fight, flight or freeze, and you don’t know how to change it. You may have even tried a variety of therapies including talk therapy, meditations or self help tools and you are not really sure if your tools are working as it can feel like you are playing out the same cycles time and time again.
If that sounds like your experience it is not surprising you feel like nothing works BUT before you give up completely, there’s a missing piece you might’ve overlooked

HI I’M SUZANNE!

I am a Psychotherapist, IFS Therapist and the creator of SOMATIC SCHOOL
Breathwork, Sound Therapy, Movement, IFS & Somatic IFS have all been ways that I’ve consciously used to help support my own nervous system especially working in the field of therapy I believe it is crucial for the self care practices begin with oneself.
As I have integrated these practices into my life it has given me the proof that I dont have to or need to be solely reliant on cognitive strategies, positive psychology and stand alone talk therapy.
I also know that Psychotherapy or Therapy in general is not always accessible to every single person and also at some points there may be times where talk therapy is a support and there is something missing.
So the idea to develop Somatic School at an accessible point was born.
This is a place for you to explore the somatics of your being, move through your difficulties somatically with awareness, breath, sound and movement.
Consider this your starting point to explore your own inner world, your body and your emotions.
HOW SOMATIC SCHOOL WORKS
Somatic School is made up of 3 different levels.

As part of LEVEL 1 you will learn about the importance of your nervous system, body, breath and movement to enhance and develop your emotional, physical and spiritual wellness.
Inside this level I’ve developed 6 pillars of learning to help you find ways to support brain change and move yourself into a place that supports rest, repair, integration and connection.
