Awakened Self: A Somatic IFS Experience

Awakened Self: A Somatic IFS Experience
Dates: Coming in 2026
Time: Mondays, 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Format: Online, small group (up to 6 participants)
Overview
This 12-week program is designed to deepen your connection with your Self and your Parts using Somatic IFS and the 5 Practices—Somatic Awareness, Conscious Breathing, Radical Resonance, Mindful Movement, and Attuned Touch.
Through a rich combination of live demonstrations, guided meditations, didactic teaching, experiential exercises, and community connection, you will develop practical skills to support self-leadership, emotional regulation, and relational depth. Supportive materials—including worksheets, journaling prompts, and audio meditations—help you integrate these practices into your daily life, making the learning both embodied and sustainable.

How It Works
-
Live sessions (every 2 weeks, 2 hours, 6:30–8:30pm): A mix of demonstrations, guided meditations, experiential practice, and didactic teaching to deepen understanding.
-
Alternate weeks: Partner or self-led practice, reflection, and journaling to integrate the learning.
-
Supportive materials: Worksheets, guided meditations, and exercises to reinforce practice between sessions.
This rhythm allows for steady engagement without overwhelm, ensuring the practices are applied and embodied rather than just learned intellectually.
