Both are complete.
Sound is the vehicle.

In May we are in late Autumn in the Southern Hemisphere
A time of deepening inward.
When the outer world begins to quiet.
When things naturally start to fall away.
There is a particular stillness in this season.
A sense of turning back toward what is essential.
This is the same current we enter in this gathering.
Held in the field of The Morrígan.
Not as something to study.
More as something to enter into.
A presence that meets you in what is real.
And gently loosens what is no longer true.

Before the Gathering
All women will receive four short audio pieces in the weeks leading in.
They are part of the journey. A way of arriving more gently.
Within them are also small invitations.
Simple ways of beginning to work with the material before we meet in the room.
Nothing needs to be done perfectly.
Nothing needs to be completed.
They are simply there as a soft opening.
You may listen in your own time.
As often or as little as feels right.
Themes will include:
Truth · Release · Sovereignty

The June Sound Journey
We gather in late autumn in Victoria, Australia, a season where the outer world naturally begins to quiet and the inner world becomes more perceptible.
This is a Sound Journey held in the field of The Morrígan, not as a story or symbolic figure to be understood, but as an archetypal presence associated with truth, release, and the quiet unravelling of what is no longer aligned.
In this space, nothing is asked of you beyond arrival.
We begin by slowing the system, allowing the body to settle, and creating the conditions for attention to return inward without effort or direction.
From here, a guided meditation unfolds, attuning to the qualities associated with The Morrígan—clarity, truth, discernment, and sovereignty—not as concepts to engage with, but as felt states that can be sensed within the body as awareness moves beneath the surface layers of thought and holding.
Within the gathering, there is also a simple fire ceremony offered, held as a quiet focal point within the space, symbolising the light of truth and sovereignty. This is not performative, but contemplative in nature, a way of acknowledging what is real within oneself and allowing anything false or unnecessary to naturally fall away in its presence.
The sound immersion then unfolds through gong, bowls, drum, and chimes, moving as a field rather than a performance, supporting release and internal reorganisation in a way that is non-directive and non-intrusive, allowing the system to respond in its own intelligence and timing.
There is no requirement to process, understand, or integrate anything during the session. The work is not in what is seen, but in what is allowed to settle and shift beneath awareness.
We close slowly, with time for the body to return in its own rhythm, noticing what feels quieter, more spacious, or more simply true, without needing to define the experience in any fixed way.
