The Journey

Across six sessions, we explore the qualities of the Irish Celtic goddesses:

Brigid — inspiration and inner spark

Danu — support, nurture, and being held

An Cailleach — inner wisdom, endings, and deep knowing

The Morrígan — courage, truth, and stepping into your power

Ériu — groundedness, strength, and claiming your inner territory

Queen Maeve — sovereignty, self-claiming, and aligned power
These are not teachings or a discussion group. They are experiential journeys: sound becomes the vehicle, the goddess energy the mirror, and your inner life the terrain.

How It Works

Pre-session audio — short recordings introducing each goddess and gentle prompts to notice where these qualities already exist within you.

Arrival & short ritual — simple gesture or offering to connect with the theme and energy.

Sound journey — using bowls, chimes, drums, and gong, building toward the fully immersive Gong Journey with Queen Maeve.

Optional sharing — a quiet space to speak from your experience, without discussion or feedback.

Closing / grounding — ending in presence, sometimes with light ritual or silence.
