Free Online Monthly Somatic Community Call

IMG_2807.jpg

Most of us have learned to live in our heads — managing, pushing through, or trying to “fix” ourselves.

This is a space to do something different.

I offer a free monthly online somatic community call — a place to slow down, come into the body, and relate to inner experience in a way that is grounded, respectful, and sustainable.

These calls are open to everyone. You don’t need to be a therapist or have any prior experience — just a willingness to be curious about yourself.

What this space offers

Each month provides a steady, supportive space where you can:

  • Come into contact with the body in a supported way

  • Explore parts of self through a Somatic IFS lens

  • Build capacity to stay with experience safely and gently

  • Cultivate compassion rather than fixing or changing what arises

  • Sit in shared presence with others doing similar inner work

What a session may include

Each session varies depending on the monthly theme, and may include:

  • Guided arrival practice to settle the nervous system

  • Gentle breathwork for grounding and regulation

  • Nervous system practices (resourcing, orienting, titration, pendulation)

  • Somatic tracking and awareness exercises

  • Guided parts work (Somatic IFS)

  • Compassion-focused practice

  • Optional journaling or reflection

  • Space for questions or shared reflection (always optional)

These sessions are not therapy, but they are therapeutic in nature — offering guided practice, reflection, and gentle inquiry.

Privacy and confidentiality

This is a private and contained space.

There are no recordings, photos, or social media posts of participants at any point.

I also do not share content from within these sessions while people are in them. Anything shared publicly is always outside of the space and never includes attendees.

This is intentional. Many people are engaging in tender or personal inner work, and having a space that is not observed, recorded, or turned into content allows for greater safety, honesty, and depth.

If you value privacy and spaces where you can simply be present without being seen or documented, this may feel like a good fit.

About me

Hi, I’m Suzanne — a psychotherapist working with a holistic, body-based approach to how people relate to themselves.

I trained in Counselling and Psychotherapy in 2008 and my work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), alongside somatic and compassion-focused practices.

I also work with AIT (Advanced Integrative Therapy), a trauma-based modality related to EMDR, and offer sound-based gong sessions for more embodied group experiences.

I support people in the preparation and integration of expanded state work, including breathwork, shamanic practices, plant medicine, and other non-ordinary states, with a focus on grounding and meaning-making.

I work one-to-one both online and in person from my studio space in the Dandenong Ranges.

Alongside client work, I also support counsellors and therapists in their own personal and professional journeys, while holding spaces that remain open and accessible to all.
